Master bedroom has a new shiplap wall, an adjustable shelving system in the closet, and an Olde Factory antique barn door. Master bathroom was redone in 2019 with a taller vanity, granite, multiple shower heads, tile wall, tile flooring, dimmer recessed lights, and built-in cabinets. The hallway bath was renovated in 2017 with granite, tub-surround tile, tile flooring, built-in cabinet, and taller vanity. The windows throughout the 1st and 2nd floors were replaced with new construction Pella windows in 2015. Recent upgrades include painting all ceilings & walls of main level, new mailbox, new Ecobee smart thermostat, and a smart light home system (smart switch in kitchen, 2 in back, fan & ceiling light in office & bedroom--all Alexa-controlled). In the basement, there is a sump pump with battery backup, water softener, and radon mitigation system. If the heat pump fails, there are 2 back-up water tanks with heat coils that can feed the forced hot air system. The well water is great, but public hookup is available if desired. The owners loved having the school bus come right outside the door to pick up their sons, the awesome location with farmland views with the safety of neighbors on all sides, and being able to enjoy the trails and easy location to and from Hershey/Lancaster/Harrisburg.
