There are all new granite?one marble?top bathroom vanities, with extra storage space. All of the lighting is high quality, with dimmers on ceiling and most wall lighting. The master bedroom features three 5-foot wide closets for hanging clothes and one 6'2" wide, deep closet with ceiling-to-floor shelving for folding clothes, shoes, etc. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, with lots of storage space built in and excellent lighting. A second air-conditioner system was added in 2009, including a compressor, ductwork and a thermostat, so that on the hottest days, the upstairs can be kept very cool. There are privacy shades and also black-out shades on all windows for the summer to keep out the sun and heat on hot days, which saves on power. It is a lovely, comfortable home in a fine community.
