I have always been a fan of colonial homes. My affinity for them is enhanced when I list majestic brick colonial homes like 55 Linree Avenue. The home has been meticulously cared for and updated by the present owners. The home is simply as neat as a pin! It sometimes makes me wonder if the owners even live in the home. Over the years they have repainted the home keeping up with trends in decor. They finished the basement in 2005 which added a large gaming area with pool table, bar area, media space and workout room. The unit has been responsibly serviced since it's installation. The gas fired water heater was also replaced in 2015. The storage shed was added in 2007.
